If you are looking for a new employee, then look no further 👀 Grace Morley will be a huge asset to your team!

(If I had the revenue to support an employee at Rassicot Farm she would never be allowed to work elsewhere … she’s already earned herself the title of honorary Barn Manager 🤠)

Grace is a powerhouse and she’s not afraid to get her hands dirty 💪🏼 We’ve got horses, cows, pigs, goats, and chickens… so the work is never-ending. She’s handy with power tools, puts up hay, moves feed bags, mucks stalls, feeds animals, scrubs water troughs, mends fences, drives the Ranger, helps with vet & farrier calls & is great with organizing/decluttering too!

She works hard and she’s self-motivated 🙌🏻 She is keen to learn, very coachable, and treats all our animals & property with the utmost care. Most importantly as a prospective employee, I can confirm that she’s reliable! ( Did you hear that? She’s only 16 and she’s RELIABLE !! 📣 )

Grace is just an all-around awesome human & a pleasure to have at our farm. I will gladly give her a 10/10 reference to any future employer! (as I’m sure Peter and Shawn would too 🙂)

Nuts 🐱 made quite the impression on the Vet Team!! He was an excellent patient & then lounged around like he owned the place 🏠
Thanks to the he will be back to living his best in no time!! 💖 (… but if there’s ever an opening for a Clinic Cat 🐱 Nuts would love to be considered for the job! 😂)

My 3rd ba****ck lesson (saddle is away for repairs) and I’m super proud of myself! I wouldn’t/couldn’t even trot a circle ba****ck before- I never felt comfortable or confident… so this is huge progress for me ☺️
It sure helps having an encouraging coach and my own black unicorn to learn on 🦄 Now I’m not sure I want to go back to a saddle 🤷🏼‍♀️

We had a very successful Spring Clean-Up Day at the farm ☀️

Big thanks to the crew from Team Pearl (Alex, Nicola, JJac, Lola, Aya, Tanya, Nicole, Aliya, Isabelle, Ava & Ollie) & the Rassicot Farm Fam (Hailey, Shawn, Max, Peter & Jill) who all put in a huge effort to tidy up around the farm & in the barn 💪🏼
