MREC plays host to many shows and disciplines all year round, including, but not limited to: dressage, show jumping, hunters, horse trials, combined driving as well as western events such as reining and of course our monthly schooling shows.

On Sunday,October 27th, is the MREC Halloween Hunter, Jumper and Flat Schooling Show show, which is a qualifier for the BC Summer Games.
You enter on the day and we open the office at 8:00am with the first Hunter classes starting at 9:00am. The Jumper classes start at 11:00am and the Flat classes start at 1:30pm.
The Hunter and Jumper courses will be open for schooling at the inexpensive price of $30 on Saturday October 26th and the rings will be being open from 9am-3pm. If you are a member, a boarder or having a lesson with an MREC instructor the schooling fee is $15.
If you are not competing on Sunday, the warm-up rounds can be paid for at the restaurant which opens 11:00am.

THURSDAY WARM UP TIMES FOR MREC H/J AUGUST DOG DAYS OF SUMMER H/J SHOW

SAND JUMPER RING START TIME 9:00AM-4:00PM
Jumper ring will be set at approximately .85M and there will be jump crew at the arena to help you change heights. Please keep all poles off the ground.

HUNTER RING START TIME 9:00AM-4:00PM
Hunter ring will be set at approximately 2’6” and there will be jump crew at the arena to help you change heights if you wish. Please keep all poles off the ground.

CROSS POLE RING START TIME 11:00AM-4:00PM
The Cross Pole Ring will be open for schooling from 11:00am until 4:00pm in the indoor arena.
