Processing up 100's of pounds of garlic scapes. Some being finly chopped and frozen in 1 pound bags, some chopped for stir fry or air fried, some made into powder. If anyone wants fresh scapes $3 per pound or 2/$5. Processed I am still working on prices lol 🧄🧄🧄

It's processing time!!!! Tonight we chopped and packaged 37 pounds of our own garlic scapes! These are going into the freezer and once they are frozen they will be freeze dried into powder :) mmmmm pesto on the go!

What's that??? Apple hot sauce??? Cayenne peppers add a kick but not too much burn 😄🔥 Crazy cayenne is loaded up with Crazy Berry cherry tomatoes for a nice tangy mild sauce.

We have 2 new batches of hot sauce! Limited quantities of each as we only make them in small batches. "The BEET down" is a nice mild sauce with a tiny kick. "Extreme BEET down" is extremely HOT. Roasted beets and habanero take center stage in this new flavour sensation!

Finally finished with limited quantities! We have our mild(ish) Sweet Mango Habanero. One step hotter would be our Habanero Heat. Then Pineapple Flames and Tropical Fire battling out for our hottest sauce this year. The yellow Tropical Fire is our only sauce made with Scorpian peppers 🔥🔥🔥 Each 5oz bottle is $10.
