Meet Max
Located at N.O. Paws Left Behind Rescue in Oroville
Meet and greet hours 10 to 3 Friday Saturday and Sunday, no appointment necessary.
Max is a sweetheart, but he is an eight month old pup so he has lots of energy. He is ready to learn and super smart. We were told he gets along with other dogs and they believe he gets along with cats. Until fully trained we are recommending a house without small children as he does like to jump up and he doesn’t realize how big he is. His people thought maybe he had some Doberman in him, but I think he looks more like he might have some great dane in him, maybe some border collie. He’s going to be a medium sized dog, but tall and thin, not short and stout.
His parents are relocating without him and he’s looking for his forever people. If you would like to meet Max, make your way out to the rescue during open hours. There are also several other dogs for you to choose from at the rescue if you are looking to adopt.
Spotlight on Misha!
Misha's kennel mate is going to his forever home tomorrow and we hare hoping that Misha can find her forever home soon also! This sweet girl is good with other dogs, cats, chickens, you name it! Misha has been here way too long for such a sweet girl -she looking for her perfect person or people. We know they are out there.

When Roanoke (shepherd) and Billy came in they didn't get much mention because our focus was on trying to get Roanoke's puppies adopted. Now that the puppies have been adopted/transferred we want to highlight these 2 again.
Billy is a young dog, probably around 1 1/2, very sweet boy, he is neutered, vaccinated and ready for his forever home.
Roanoake is a sweet young shepherd mix, around 2 years old. She does still need to be spayed but you can still come meet her a we will get that done ASAP if you decide to adopt.
We are open 10-3 Friday, Saturday and Sunday or by appointment. Please dress weather appropriate as we are an outdoor facility.
And some dogs just don’t get the seriousness of a photo shoot!
Meet Bella ❤️
Bella was originally adopted but unfortunately their other dog did not want to share. Bella was amazing though and got along fine with their female dog. She played well, house trained, didn’t seem to mind the horses, was kind of curious.
Please share Bella to help her find her perfect home.
Spots and Sweets have become great plat buddies at the rescue. Both are ready for adoption.

Transferred 10 Pyrenees. Border Collie, Aussie Mix puppies. These puppies are 8-9 weeks old anc received their first vaccinations and will have second vaccination prior to going home.
I we be taking applications for 2 weeks only and then we plan to transfer any remaining puppies out. Please only apply if you would like to adopt a puppy, if you are still thinking on it please wait until you are sure so that I don’t go through the approval process only to have you tell me you changed your mind. I am a volunteer and do this in my free time so I would really appreciate your consideration.
Once I get individual puppy pictures this weekend I will message you regarding your choices for puppies and send out deposit invoices but you can get your application in now and get the process started.

We do not hold until a deposit is received and the deposit is non refundable. (No deposit required until approved for a puppy).
Our puppy adoption fee is $200, we require a $100 non refundable deposit via PayPal to hold the puppy when approved (which will be applied to adoption fee) and we require a spay/neuter contract. When you have your puppy spayed/neutered (recommended around 6 months of age) we will pay $75 towards the vet bill.
You must pick the puppy up Oroville, we do not deliver so please don’t apply if you do not have a way to pick the puppy up. Because these puppies are in foster we will need to coordinate pick up time.
