We are a national not for profit membership based organization of horse enthusiast promoting and participation in the sport of Working Equitation throughout Canada. Hi Working Equitation enthusiasts! We had a few concerns that the EOH course may not fit into some of the members' arena...

Hi Working Equitation enthusiasts! We had a few concerns that the EOH course may not fit into some of the members' arenas, so we have made some modifications to the EOH course for our December Virtual show. We have also added another division, an "In Hand" division for those young and not so fit horses and riders 🙂 We have also figured that everyone is really busy with the holidays that they may not be able to get your tests videoed and in on time by Dec 31. So we have decided to extend the closing date until Sunday January 5th at 11:59 pm
Just FYI, if you don't have a bridge, any type of change of footing will be accepted - ie - tarp, blankets etc. The slalom line has been removed and the bull line has been changed into 3 separate obstacles. We will use one of the barrels from the Figure 8 as your "Replace Pole" obstacle.
Have a great holiday and look forward to Christmas Day and an awesome 2025!

We've been a bit quiet lately, but thought it was time for another "Did You Know"! Also a reminder that our First Virtual show for WECO is starting next Sunday! We encourage everyone to take the opportunity to have a little Christmas theme in their courses and outfits!! Lets have some fun with this!! More details coming for registration etc.

Working Equitation Ontario will be a gathering place for everyone in Ontario interested in the international sport of Working Equitation. The sport for every horse, The sport for every rider!! Special events, info nights, clinics, workshops, play days, and schooling shows..etc we will try to list everything as they come in.
