This is Lexie and these are the moments I enjoy the most. Spending time bonding and getting to know your pet! It's only a quick moment but it makes a world of a difference when they are learning to trust me. These moments are only possible when I have the time. Which is why it is so important to be on time for appointments. I schedule enough time to meet with owners, talk about the dog, groom them and talk with owners again at pick up time. When I say it's important to be on time for drop offs and pick ups, it's because it is important to your pet 💕
