Toronto and North York Hunt TNYH is located in the rolling hills of Creemore, Ontario. We always have a group for people who prefer not to jump.

Members of the Toronto and North York Hunt (TNYH) are equestrians of varying skill levels who enjoy a day out together in beautiful country riding to the hounds. Through the generosity of local landowners, we have thousands of acres available for riding and hunting in the countryside of Creemore, Dunedin, Singhampton, Feversham, Maxwell and Thornbury. Members in “the Field” enjoy the thrill of fol

lowing the hounds over hill and dale on the heels of the Fieldmaster who follows the Huntsman and hounds. Western tack and smart Western attire is always welcome, whether riding as a guest or member. Consequently, there is a place for virtually every rider to enjoy the day. Guests and new members are more than welcome!

A really beautiful Summer Ride hosted by Melissa and Brayden. Fifteen riders were treated to lovely groomed trails through cool and virtually bug free hardwood bush, opening out to lush fields with not a cloud in the sky. We finished off with a fresh and hardy lunch served in the shade. Just a wonderful day, thank you Melissa and Brayden

Time is running out to register for the Canada Day Hunter pace, entries are closed Friday June 28th. Please note this year’s course is well suited to barefoot horses, trails are well used and there is minimal time on the road. If you need a team to ride with let us know, we can pair you up. As always the fare at Nancy’s cook shack is delicious and plentiful, hope to see you there!

Just the beginning of a great showing by TNYH at the Bryn Mawr hound show. Andrew taking third in the horn blowing competition Friday evening. The actual hound show on Saturday was busy with TNYH represented with Andrew, ably assisted by Grady and Teddy showing in the English ring and Millie showing in the crossbred ring ably assisted by Kelley. Fantastic TNYH hospitality tent set up and stocked by Master Andy Bite and fantastic fare provided by Karen.

Last fixture for Spring hunting and the pack is working very well. Looking forward to the fall and seeing them work!
