Trevor's philosophy is "If you want a calm horse, stay calm. If you want a patient horse be patient." This is the philosophy of our growing company, 'Horses That Work' and is put forth into everyday motion with every horse and mule worked with, whether we are training, out riding range or in the arena. This company has trained horses, as well as put clinics on across Western Canada, and the U.S. We have an approach to training methods that have proven themselves time and time again. Our forte is in starting horses under saddle and creating a calm mindset about them, that ensures a lighter, more responsive horse that you can trust."

Trevor is an international recognized clinician, come take part in one of his clinics and learn some new ways to approach horse training all while building a better connection with your horse. Remember what Trevor says at every clinic, "the more I learn, the more I learn that the less I know". For this reason, Trevor goes and continues learning from other great horseman's such as Tom Mowery and Martin Black as well as others of that caliber.
Foundational Horsemanship from start to finish. Building a connection through everything we do to create a better team player as well as a willing horse for that sought after partership. In the show pen Trevor was able to prove this at The Extreme Cowboy World Finals 2022 in Texas, while riding his stallion Drifter, by being the highest ranked Canadian Pro, coming in 6th place overall in the Pro Division on Finals Sunday

We are working on getting the lights fixed in the indoor. (Hopefully in the next few weeks). We are also working hard to get lights on 53rd path to help riders get to the club safely. Stay tuned for more information!

What a great weekend from trot poles to 1.20m rounds we want to thank all the competitors that braved the weather this weekend to support the club! We are looking forward to the next show and hope to see you all here.

Throwback to 2014 when we had a group warming up for a drill team demo at the SRC Country Fair, they had 17 riders warming up in the dressage ring!! Can you imagine doing this now? Should we bring back the drill team for 2025!?? Who's in!!??

Help Us Keep the Show Running – We Need Your Support!
These shows are fantastic fundraisers for important grounds projects around the club. With your support, we’ve been able to tackle exciting improvements like fixing the track and upgrading the lights in the indoor arena.

However, we’re currently about 10 entries short for this show to run. If a community day would be more beneficial for coaches and riders, we’re happy to adjust the weekend’s format to better suit everyone’s needs.
