🐾🎄Happy Holidays, everyone!🎄🐾

Who remembers Fitty? It's been a little bit since we last saw this adorable girlie, but the princess of cozy cuddles is back just in time for Xmas!

This sweet little been has been glued to mensince I arrived, following me like a shadow, and requesting lap time any chance she gets :)

She is very excited to watch some Xmas movies later today, and enjoy a cozy evening with a cup of tea (lots of tea, because guess who has got a cold? Me, that's who 🥲)

Enjoy lots of cozy time with those who are important to you tonight and remember, big gatherings can be overwhelming for pets, and also mean lots of human food that might not be ideal for them! Keep an eye on the little ones and give them their own safe treats ;)

🐾❄️ Goodness me, its December already! Lowry is here to remind everyone to be kind to each other, and get lots of cozy time in with your loved ones!

Has everyone set up their Xmas trees, if you celebrate? Remember trees are super shiny and exciting for kitties, who will no doubt cause some mischief around the house! Make sure everyone stays safe during the holidays

(And add extra treats for kitties under the tree, says Lowry 🐾😜)

Happy Caturday, Vancouver!

Pudding here is checking in to make sure everyone is having a cozy time, taking plenty of naps, and remembering to enjoy the little things in life ;)

We also had a quick visit with Milo, who is an expert of cozy cuddles and recommends at least one more nap a day for everyone :)

🐾🍮Pudding's back, back again~ 🍮🐾

Remember this sweet little guy? I paid him a visit the other day, and he is still as sweet as his name implies ;)

It's important to engage kitties hunting instincts during playtime, and sometimes this means exploring to see what different types of play they are interested. For instance, is your kitty more interested in hunting "ground prey" or "flying prey"? You cam simulate this with different toys and playstyles to make the most out of playtime with your kitty! :)

🌈🖤 A few weeks ago, gentle Desi crossed the rainbow bridge.🌈🖤

It is always difficult to lose a pet, and he was a gentle little soul, full of purrs.Desi was incredibly loved and cared for by his pawrents.

As a pet sitter, I'm often just a temporary guest in their lives, but it is still hard to see them go.

Even the smallest moments with our furry friends are precious memories. I reached out to to commission a painting to honor his memory, and she did a wonderful job capturing his likeness.

Though there is little we can do against age and some illnesses, I still want to provide the best care possible to pets while pet parents travel. I understand the anxiety of being apart from our furry friends and worrying for their well-being when we are not there.
In order to provide the best care possible for your pets, and peace of mind for you, I'll be taking some pet first aid courses over the coming months, as well and making some changes to the level of detail and format of the daily check-ins sent during bookings :)

Lowry heard DIY costumes are IN this year, so we made him a little Witches Hat for Halloween. All locally sourced material from a single brushing session!

He also briefly sported a little mustache ;) gotta try out different looks.

Meanwhile, Desi loves easygoing visits while his parents travel. A good tip for kitties who are not used to you travelling and might have some separation anxiety is to leave some used clothes on the bed or near their favorite areas of the house. The familiar smell of their owners can be very calming. Desi often loves to snuggle and nap right by his dad's clothes.

🐾Hello friends!🐾

It's a black and white senior kitties type of week! These elegant lovelies adore extra time for pets during their visits- especially Asana.

Mr. Desi has the loveliest quiet meow, and knows to ask for treats at the start if every visit, then spend some time under the covers while we listen to some relaxing lofi music :)

It's the perfect way to spend some time during the cozy fall season, don't you think?

And Gremishka is queen of cute and funky naps ;) she likes to sleep like a silly croissant sometimes :)

Lowry requested some more pets and another long brushing today- it's a lot of work, staying this handsome!

Science World looked nice the other days, so I had to include the Pic here

Gremishka is a very smart kitten, but don't tell her we can still see her ;) she was tired after working as my assistant for the day 😴

And Benny tried working out for the first time, but he looks a bit confused by the whole concept. I mean, I get it. I prefer naps, too.
