GAELIC GLEN AT THE PARKS

What a wonderful second show for the silver show team. The dedication and the perseverance from these ladies does not go unnoticed. We are so extremely proud of your hard work and your accomplishments.

Emma Robinson and “Falling For You” 🍁 made their show debut and it was definitely a special one. This team was faced with many challenges over the year and we are so proud of how they handled themselves at Autumn’s second ever show.

Marie-Eve Caron and “Destined To Dream”💭 had another successful weekend while only having worked with Dexter for a short time, they have definitely become quite the pair.

Florence Daboval and “Destined To Dream” 💭. This was Florence’s first ever horse show and she conducted herself beautifully in the ring. Learning the courses for the jumper ring can be quite a lot but she didn’t let that get to her and put in some wonderful rounds in the .65 division.

Ashton Belcher and “Kyra Sina” 🩷 had beautiful trips all weekend. Big thank you to Ashton for showing and training Kyra.

Show season is here and we are very fortunate to have the best farriers in the area on our Wynbrook team of professionals. Dan and Jordan keep our horses happy and healthy in the show ring, riding school and our therapeutic riding program.

Having the foremost farriers working with our horses is very important to us. Dan works hand in hand with our vet when needed for specific cases. The attention to detail, professionalism and positive demeanour of both Jordan & Dan is unmatched. A big shoutout and thank you to Dan & Jordan, we appreciate everything you do for our horses!

Our therapeutic riding program is expanding and we are looking for instructors who have at a minimum either their CanTRA Basic Instructor certification or the PATH International Therapeutic Riding Instructor certification.

* We offer competitive hourly rates, increasing according to level of certification and years of experience

It is always a good day when Eileen and Tanya from Hoffman’s come to the barn to assess our horses. Almost four years ago when we switched our grain to Hoffman’s, it was the best thing we ever did! The makeup of the feed meant each horse was getting exactly what it needed in a smaller amount of grain and we could get rid of all the extras.

The horses flourished and they all gained muscle, condition, coat shine, and those working properly developed fantastic toplines. Horses with ulcer issues seemed to have healthier guts and even though Hoffman’s is not a cheap feed we were spending less on feed because we were feeding the right content and achieving better results. We were very happy and noticed the difference in our horses within no time at all.

Tania is a nutritionist with Hoffman’s and creates customized meal plans for each of the horses at our barn. She visits our barn every 3-4 months to reassess our horses and make any necessary changes based on their current work load. We are very grateful to have Tania & Eileen as part of the Wynbrook team!

Emma Robinson had a wonderful first show season last year on the one and only Zia and we couldn’t be more excited for her to show her very own pony this year.

Emma is the youngest on the Wynbrook show team and has shown so much perseverance this year learning her new pony and working very hard in preparation for their first show in June. Keep it up Emma, we can’t wait to be standing at the in gate with you!

NEW YEAR - NEW FOOTING 😍

Here at Wynbrook horse care and wellbeing is our top priority and so when choosing to redo the footing in one of our arenas it was a no brainer.

We would like to thank for coming in and giving our arena a makeover! We are in love with our new Elite footing. It consists of dust free sand and GGT Fibre and the horses couldn’t be happier to be working on such high quality footing.

The jumpers also had an amazing weekend putting in some very consistent rounds. Alexi and Ana have worked extremely hard over the winter to get to know their horses and it certainly paid off this past weekend. We are all very proud of these 2 teams!! 🤩
