Anyone have a low rider Basset they need bathed? If they are anything like Sadie here, I'm all over it!
She's just stands there, basking in the massaging water and deshedding shampoo rub down!
Then after a good bath, a blow dry and pamper with an ear clean, a brush, an a spray of dog perfume! Wash that biothane collar right up so it looks new and Voila!! A new clean, fresh, doggie ready to see Mom and Dad today!

Had some busy days at the Inn! Welcomed Polar and Misha and Starr, made a garden (thanks to Kaila), put up my barn quilt. Got some new dog beds and pool from the late great Jersey Renelli. We will enjoy all your loved stuff sweet Jersey!

We welcome Polar, Misha (white and samoyd huskie), Foxy and Figo (Sheppard mixes).

This is my longest running client here at The Odd Pack Inn. Aussie baby, Mabel! Shes been coming often, shes one of the pack here!
Then goes home to her sissy, Bean and her pawrents!
We love her to bits! She is sweet, and dainty, and squeaky, and nuts, and soooooo soft, and a cuddler and water splasher and a smartie pants, and we all love her!

Guess what? She loves coming to see "Sheila at Daycare!"

We welcomed Murphy, Bob, Mabel, Mazie, Ivy, Chewie and Bowie over the last couple weeks. And of course our resident dogs!

This guy, Bowie! His foster family went on a vacation so he's hanging here!
Bowie is a nice boy who is looking for his furever family!
Bowie is about 1 year old. Fixed, utd on shots. I have had Bowie a few times since he has been fostered last November.
What I know about this sweet guy.
Medium energy. Likes a walk or a jaunt in the yard.
Loves giving kisses.
Good with other dogs but having come from a northern reservation he likely had to fight for food so a submissive male or smaller female would be good housemates. He wants to be the alpha of the pack. Absolutely no cats, he is ok around small dogs but is curious about them. Can be food reactive so he's fed separate from my dogs. Eats quickly. Treat/food driven and is pretty manner friendly but needs reminders to back up.
Lives with a 2 year old and is great with her. Good with older kids! Not to vocal. Whines if he sees a Squirrel outside. Might chase small prey so a fenced yard is best. Bowie is about 50 lbs, small frame.
He is very sweet. Really loves attention and people. He is currently on a raw diet and is thin but has come a long way from being emaciated upon intake to the shelter.
