Elevate your plate and join us for a novel U-Pick experience – edible flowers are trending, and excellent for garnishing, baking, adding a whimsical touch to jellies, or incorporating into special diet dishes, such as using nasturtium leaves for vegan/gluten-free tacos! We'll introduce you to more than 12 varieties of edible flowers, and you'll have the opportunity to pick your own assortment from our gardens to take home. They will remain fresh for up to two weeks, providing ample time to experiment with them in your own gourmet creations & for Thanksgiving! Your visit to our urban farm includes a catered long table lunch by Uprooted Kitchen & Catering showcasing our floral delights, to inspire your creativity! Available for groups of up to 24. I never expected to still be harvesting & packaging our beautiful edible blooms for our restaurant and catering clients on November 2nd!!! I hate to see it end.
