Hey everyone!

Just to clear things up. Since my injury last August I am nearly fully recovered! However I live with chronic back pain and have had to make changes to my life to mitigate it.

I also took a big confidence hit with c**t starting. Although I believe in my abilities to train, my happiness doing it wasn't there anymore.

I've decided to take a break, a long break, from taking outside horses. Eden is back from her maternity leave and focusing on her has brought back my love for horses and riding. She is by no means a finished broke horse. But this mare takes care of me like no other horse has. She and I both deserve to enjoy each other without me dividing my time.

My door is always open to those who may need help. One day maybe I'll get back to it. But for right now I am choosing my happiness over big goals. It feels right.

Does anyone remember little Oksana?

I got this mare a few years ago now. She was not halterbroke and I had a heck of a time catching her... Among other things.

She's now owned by a youth who wants to start jumping. She took Oksana to her very first show this fall and they looked amazing ❤️ love watching horses I've started go on to succeed.
