I use a lot of positive reinforcement during my grooming and by creating a calm and friendly atmosphere these dogs relax and enjoy their day at the spa. I do not take the mass production approach. I take the time necessary to interact and reassure each dog as they are groomed. I am concerned about your dog's welfare from check-in to checkout. It is very rewarding for me to see the way dogs seem to feel better after a professional grooming and it’s a good feeling to see them prance out of my door happy and relaxed.
