Congratulations Yohji and Charlotte on your new addition. “Speedy” is exploring while waiting in the ferry terminal on their way home. He was a special boy since day one and we will miss him zooming around the house. He is a purr machine, a snuggle bum, and I am sure he will soon be a bed buddy.

UPDATE: Stevie has found his forever home.

This lovely and very, very personable 17 week old boy is Stevie. Stevie is a Hollowhills kitten that was reserved, but the young woman had to back out. He is a lap cat, good size, big eyes, and overall very nice boy. He has had 3 vet visits and shots and is more than ready to find his new home. If you have been looking, or waiting to find a kitten, here is your chance. PM me for further details. He is located in Sooke, BC and is offered for a very reasonable price.

Added a new picture of QQ appreciating the music. I love this handsome blue boy.

This sweet picture says it all. ❤️ It warms the heart to see the expression of mutual love between a little girl and her new kitten, 15 week old QQ (a type of Pearl in Bubble tea). I know they will be lifelong buddies. 😘.

Sweet little LILY is now AVAILABLE. Lily is a pretty dilute calico with a lovely sweet open expression. She is almost 11 weeks old; will be going to visit the vet next week for her second check up and vaccination and will then be available to a forever home. The TICA NW Regional Awards banquet for the 2022/23 show season will be held in Langley Aug. 12. I am happy to announce that Sagewynd’s Maple Sugar Kisses (Sugar) is now a Regional Winner with the following awards:
Best of Breed, Exotic Kitten
Best of Breed, Exotic Cat
17th Best Allbreed Shorthair Cat
Sugar also has an International Colour Award as 2nd Best Blue Torbie and White Exotic
Way to go Sugar and thanks to the judges who liked and placed her at the shows last year. Sugar is pregnant with her first litter and we are excited to see them arrive around Aug. 6th.

After having a friend recommend this water fountain to me, I purchased two and I have to say that it is the BEST I have ever tried….and I’ve tried several. It has very few parts and best of all has a wireless pump and the white base is the power source. Every time I change it, I am amazed at how clean the water is as well as how easy it is to clean. I have had mine about a month and clean them weekly. Check them out online and look for a discount. If you put them in your cart and don’t buy them right away the company will come back with a discount as an incentive. As you can see, I had 2 cats at the fountain as soon as it was filled. Thanks Paige for the recommendation!

My little Tater is now known as MISS Chai Latte. Sometimes it happens. I thought he was a boy, but he is definitely a she. She is round and sweet and a very pretty girl. Latte weighs a whopping 12.5 oz at 2.5 weeks old.

Meet 3 day old “Tater”. My friend says he looks like a little potato, and the name is sticking. It was heartbreaking to lose his brother, who was stillborn, but Tater is obviously taking full advantage of having the milk bar to himself. Mischa and Max are the proud parents. Tater is reserved.

I can’t believe that sweet Willow is still available to a forever home. If you are looking for a perfect companion that is spayed and up to date on vaccinations consider this lovely young girl who is past all the kitten house wrecking, but still young enough to be lots of fun. Just 2 years young.

Willow is a gorgeous dilute calico that is available to an approved home. She is sweet natured, affectionate and quiet with no bad habits. Willow had an emegency C-section in April and was spayed at that time. Willow has just turned 2 years old and is offered to the right home for a reasonable price. My 3 blue tabby/white boys all went to their new homes this past weekend. All have settled in nicely and at least one is already the boss. We miss their antics as they were a busy th*****me. Thanks Marie for loving and spoiling Buster. Thanks also to Nikki and Jacob, who braved BC Ferries to pick up their little guy, Bubble, (sleeping with his toy). And thanks to Nikki who left with our sweet Peanut, now ObiTo, who is the littlest, but most adventurous. They are all in wonderful homes and will truly live their best lives.

At the last minute I decided to enter Sugar in the Chehalis, Wa show last weekend. She had done very well as a kitten in Sooke and this was her first time showing as an adult. At 8 months old, Sugar was a rock star and despite an incident on Sunday morning and missing a ring, she finalled in 9 of 15 rings. Well done for a very young cat. I love everything about this girl.

Sugar is relaxing outdoors today after her weekend of strutting her stuff at the Sooke cat show. She rocked it at her first show with judges giving her finals in 11 of 12 rings. It was a small show in a new venue, but kudos to all the volunteers that made it a success.

This is Smokey who lives in Horsefly with his sister, Daisy. Apparently, Bambi came right up to him, Smokey meowed, they touched noses and then the deer licked him. I thought it was pretty amazing and they both seemed to just be very curious. New BFF’s??

The boys woke up and one has escaped their box…but that box is in a bigger containment area now. 3 very different blue classic tabby and white boys, 3 sizes, depth of colour and markings. All very lovely and I can’t pick a favourite. 3 weeks old today and all are reserved.

Taking pics of babies is really difficult. Today, I was trying to get some of the 3 week old boys. Sugar jumped in and it became about her. She is 7 months old now and going to her first show next weekend.

Mischa’s very beautiful black and boy, Teddy, has come back to us. He will be neutered on March 16th and available to a new home shortly after. Teddy is 7 months old and a lovely example of the breed standard. I am accepting applications for placement and will be looking for a home without small children please. Teddy is very easy going and gets along well with the other cats and has fun playing with our dog. Teddy has no restraint when it comes to food and cannot be left to graze on his own. He also likes people food and would happily help you eat your sandwich, ice cream, cheese and oatmeal, etc. He seems to like coffee too!! A very sweet boy that deserves the best. If you think that is you, please send me a message telling me a little about yourself, family, other pets, etc.**

Smokey the Explorer

Scout and Sugar are 8 weeks old today, vaccinated, vet checked and healthy. They are out and about now and Twist is busy doing what Aussies love, herding and keeping track of their every move. They really like her and she is smitten with them. ❤️

Mischa takes the “Best Mom” award. Here she is cleaning and feeding her 12 week old grandsons (Lucy’s babies) along with her own 8 week old baby. All this after they had already finished off a big plate of wet food.

Lucy delivered two healthy boys on June 6th. A brown tabby van and a blue van. They are fat and healthy and have doubled their birthweight already. NFS at this time. I will wait until Mischa’s babies arrive July 9th and decide at that time who will be available, so stay tuned.

These sweeties are seasoned travellers and today are on their way back home from Christmas at grandma’s and having a little rest stop around 100 Mile House. Love these two. ❤️
