🎄🐾Ruffin It Dog Daycare will be open throughout the holidays for daycare, grooming, and boarding !! 🎅🎄

•December 24th & 31st: 6.30am - 6pm
•December 25th & January 1st: 8am - 6pm

🎄-We will have 1 Loboland hike for Dec. 24th & 31st. No hikes Dec. 25th & Jan 1st

🎄-There is still boarding availability over the holidays !! Make sure to book in your pup ASAP to save their suite 🐾 (all pups need to our overnight service require a boarding trip night)

For our human friends we have set up a donation link for the "Gift of good food." This amazing charity supports families in need with a fresh food grocery delivery every 2 weeks for 1 week!

We're searching for the muddiest pup in town! Submit your best photo of your dog embracing the muddy life for a chance to win a free grooming.

The photo that best captures the joy of mud will win this fantastic prize.

The contest ends Thursday morning, so enter soon!

The winner will be drawn by that afternoon and posted to our stories!

The free grooming spot is for Friday November 29th at 9 am to 11 am. There will be no negotiations on the day and times, so be sure that you are aware of your schedule.

Wind Warning in effect for:
Greater Victoria
Very windy conditions are expected.

When: Tuesday afternoon to late day Wednesday with peak wind speeds expected Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.

Where: East Vancouver Island, Sunshine Coast, Greater Victoria, Southern Gulf Islands, Inland Vancouver Island.

Wind: easterly gusting to 90-100 km/h.

Remarks: A significant fall storm is set to impact Vancouver Island beginning on Tuesday. A rapidly deepening low pressure system will arrive approximately 400 kms west of Vancouver Island by late Tuesday. This low is forecast to then curl northwards on Wednesday towards the Central Coast, remaining offshore through the period.

Easterly winds will increase through the afternoon on Tuesday, with peak wind speeds expected for most areas on Tuesday night. Strong southeasterly winds will continue Wednesday morning but should ease later in the day.

East-to-west inland valleys can expect very strong winds as well.

Some areas can also expect heavy rain at times during this event, but winds will remain the primary concern.

Damage to buildings, such as to roof shingles and windows, may occur. Loose objects may be tossed by the wind and cause injury or damage.
