Just a reminder that we are an extremely busy salon and book 8-12 weeks out minimum. There are no next day appointments or appointments within a couple weeks unless on a cancelation list which can be extremely rare due to the long wait times

No-Show/Cancelation Policy

At our grooming shop, we value every client and strive to provide the best service possible. Due to our busy schedule and long waitlist, it’s essential that we manage appointments carefully.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we’re happy to accommodate changes when necessary. However, to ensure fairness to all of our clients, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to fill your slot with another client.

Our policy for no-shows and cancellations without adequate notice is as follows:

• 1st No-Show: A fee of $35 will be charged, payable at your next visit or before booking future appointments.

• 2nd No-Show: The full grooming price will be charged, and all future appointments will need to be paid in advance before scheduling.

• 3rd No-Show: You will no longer be welcome to book appointments at our salon.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We appreciate your respect for our time and the time of others who are waiting for an appointment!
