FLED – Find Lost & Escaped Dogs Vancouver Island was the only (boots to the ground) registered charity and was established January 2013 in response to the number of pets that can go missing in the Vancouver Island area every week. FLED - Find Lost & Escaped Dogs Vancouver Island was the first and only, organization on Vancouver Island to travel the island helping lost dogs. We post lost and found
