As more of you are using the heavy duty filter and want to know if the filter is clogged. Here is a tip from Eric J Wunder from the Grooming Equipment Maintenance (GEM) page.

"Reminder to change your filter. Easiest way to see if it is clogged is to put a light inside.. New filter is on right as you can see the light."

We are pleased with responses so far with the filter and muffler that you are experiencing! When it comes time to have to replace the filter itself, we have them in stock.

i would like to share this post by Eric Wunder of Grooming Equipment Maintenance (GEM) Groomers, if you have not already joined this page, you may want to. Lots of good information. Please read and be aware. We are seeing more of these blades coming our way:

BUYER BEWARE: Ceramic clipper blade purchased on Amazon. Ad Stated compatible with Andis, Oster and Wahl clippers. What they don't tell you is how the steel quality is very low and the blades hardware is even worse. Your not saving money if the blade needs sharpening more often and hardware replaced. Check with your local sharpener as most carry quality blades to support the needs of the customer.
It looks like an Andis blade but not when you look at the small details that Andis puts on the blade to ID a Andis blade. Andis has the brand on the Socket, Inside the cutter and on the comb blade.
