this tv commercial is shown on the Canadian sportsman channel. its played during the double down outdoors episodes.

Good luck and happy hunting to everyone in Eastern Alberta. opening rifle season has always been a right of passage. if anyone has any questions or concerns with caping your deer, please dont hesitate to call or text. I hunt myself and my usual hunting season hours apply but texts are always welcome. stay safe and knock them down!

I will be running 3 contests this year!

First contest will be a free shoulder mount. Every animal brought in earns you a draw. euros, shoulder mounts, bird mounts and fish earn you 1 draw ticket.
half mounts, small and medium mammal lifesize mounts and rugs earn you 3 draw tickets. large mammal lifesize earn you 5 draw tickets

Second contest is, biggest whitetail buck in for mounting wins half off shoulder mount.

Third contest is, biggest mule buck in for mounting wins half off shoulder mount.

with supply chains getting back to normal and after accepting limited animals last season. normal wait times will be expected after this hunting season.

you folks like velvet? well heres velvet for days! big moose in full velvet! this was a fun and super challenging job. curing the velvet was difficult, especially when their is so much of it.
some tips for when you harvest a velvet animal this yr.
1. call your taxidermist and arrange for drop off that day.
2. do not handle it with bare hands, use latex or nitrile gloves you have in your backpack.
3. check if velvet is full of blood, itll be squishy or hard. if its squishy do not use products on it.
4. DO NOT CAPE IT HANGING AND GET IT FULL OF BLOOD OR DRAG THE ANIMAL

its been an extremely busy summer. my goal this year was to get back on track with turn around times. its been extremely tough battling supply issues but everything is looking good to hit my goal.

heres a big ol bear from Ryan Tomuschat from Doubled Down Outdoors TV. you have to check these guys out. what a great wholesome show. im not one for tv hunting but these guys definitely got it right! great hunts with excellent tactics and just hangin out with friends

its been awhile since ive put anything up. ive been working like a nad man now that the supply chain is starting to carch up.

Now for the fun part. this bear is a young ladys first bear. i big old granny bear at 7ft. really awesome thing with this bear which is pretty rare is ut has really beautiful ears. the insides are tan brown matching a stunning face mask. i tried to match the colors of the bear to the ruffling as much as possible.
ok enjoy everyone. have a great spring bear and please call or ask questions for immediate hide treatment once you kill your bears for the best results.

shoulder mounts are a great option for smaller bears. this is a friends bear finished up livened up with abit of rock habitat. these shoulder cave mounts are some of my personal favorites. enjoy the photos yall.
i will be starting more rugs very shortly. some crucial supplies have been tough to find so thank you for your patience. folks with rugs i will be calling you to ensure no changes.
