NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS!!!
From the 1st January 2025. Daycare will changed if your dog has been here longer than 24 hours for example if dog gets dropped off at 8am and gets picked up at 3pm than a $20 daycare rate will charged per dog plus GST, if 2 dogs in the same family then the second dog will charged at $10. If the dog is not being pick up for another 7 hours this is when it will be charged.
Only on special circumstances that this will not be charged.
Please also note that Dog rates per month has gone up, this is because of numerous maintenance jobs being done after the dog has left our premises. Special circumstances I will negotiate the rate. Customers already on monthly rates will stay on the rate.
Customers who have booked there dog for a month in 2025 before 1st January stays at the old price.
We will also be asking new customers who book for more than a week to pay a deposit due to recent last minute changes and cancellations, also due to this we ask all customer to give 24 hours notice before changing any booking this includes cancellations. Any bookings changed within the 24 hours will be charged a $10 booking change fee.
