I can count on 1 hand how many runs this horse has had this summer thanks to our hectic (but fun) High school rodeo schedule. I entered the Breeders Elites thou because he deserved to be out there; I wanted to showcase just how special the Mannie babies are going to be! Trainable, smooth and fast.
Preacher ended up 17th out of 71 entered. He is working so awesome now I just need to make more runs and get my timing 🫣🤪

If I could pick one horse to have back in my barn it would be Kruz.
She taught me so much! She was a winner!! The year that I bought her in July we made roughly $15,000 in 3 months of rodeos! It was recorded breaking at the time! It didn’t matter the set up she loved to work and she did no matter what the conditions!!!
Near the end of Kruz’s life we breed her to A Smooth Guy and she blessed us with a stunning, confident full of himself buckskin stud…“Hagans Smooth Kruzin” 🦄
Now that we are riding his colts I think of her even more!!

Mannies oldest colt “Gracefully Kruzin” aka Preacher has been working at heading steers all winter long.
We are gearing him up for his first roping futurity at the beginning of May. Preacher is Royal Crown Canada bound and
he is going to have a busy week in Claresholm as he is running in the barrel futurity as well!
We can’t wait to introduce Preacher to the world and show what these Mannie babies are capable of !!

Preacher has been working on his roping the last couple of months. But yesterday we knock the dust off and went back to the barrel pen for some fun. 2 1/2 months off and he never skipped a beat! This big dude is so eager and wants nothing more then to please you! We absolutely adore him!

Gracefully Kruzin aka Preacher has officially started his barrel racing career! What a horse! If the Mannie babies are going to feel and train like this guy…I will be forever blessed with nice horses!!! I didn’t really settle into Preacher until August of this year 🫣 we were short on ranch horses and Alistair needed him. I kept saying to Alistair early summer I have got to take that horse over sooner then later I am so behind!!! He kept reassuring me that he will not be behind. Well I don’t say this often but Alistair was right 😝 when I got on him the beginning of august all the hard work was done …I took him straight to the barrels and it was super natural for him!!! Last night Preacher worked outstanding for the time he has had on him!! I can’t wait to see what the next few months brings for him.
