Due to machine problems and shipping delays our Christmas baking has taken quite the hit.
But we are back up and running!

Due to the time crunch, we wont be back to doing our big pre order until next year.

EVERY donation receives a FREE “Pop Up Pupcake and trial bag!! 🐾
Anyone who knows us personally, knows part of why this page has been more quiet is that I have been very Ill again recently and unable to keep up with premade stock or attend the local markets.🤒
The other reason, is we having been working around the clock with our foster dog from Pop-Up Rescue Project. We originally went to volunteer to walk some dogs, and met Twitch. She was TERRIFIED of all people. So much we had to put a sign up to ask strangers not to approach her. With this, she was quickly becoming one of the last handful that no one seemed to want, and her puppies were long chosen. 💔
After losing our Angel Mascot Raven in December I said no more dogs in the house, but she gave me a lot of signs that we needed to help.😇
Twitch has come such a long way in the months we have had her, but one of her hurdles is she needs to see a doggy dentist. Its been figured out that Mama Twitch tried to get into a home previously likely for food for her babies, and someone chose to “close” the door on her, resulting in a very large important tooth being broken 🤬😭 at only 2 years old we want to give her a fighting chance!! She is only one of many of the stories, but we could really really use the help. 🥺

On a side note Twitch LOVES other dogs, and we want to keep her socialized, so we will be looking for some friends for her ❤️

Come down to 2250 Hanselman Avenue for the SPCA grand opening! We have cookies for the special feets, and our mascot PACINO is here! There are tours going on, a bouncy house for the kids, and food trucks Taco 'bout It, Sheraz Kebab, Kona Ice are here!

Come see us this Saturday!!
We will have fresh baked cookies, and Saskatoon SPCA alum Pacino will be at the booth all day!! Come say hi to one of the babies who started it all!

Join us this Saturday (May 25th) from 12pm - 4pm for our official Grand Opening! We will have a bounce castle, vendors, food trucks, and tours of the new facility.
The event is family and pet friendly.

🐕*FUNDRAISING!* 🐕
These dogs deserve a chance at life 🥰💕
I am so lucky to have gone multiple times and seen the love these dogs still have in their hearts.
The biggest hurdle at this point is vet bills.
We need to make sure everyone is healthy and ready to find their new homes!
With some of these pups never having vet care, its quite the undertaking.

If anyone would like to donate, or donate their bottles please let me know!!

We will be adding anything we can collect to our donation pile, and then bringing it in! 🥰❤️

We need your help!!! Rescuing over 150 dogs comes with very high vet bills that are growing by the day. All dogs have been vaccinated and dewormed and many require extensive veterinary care. We are not an agency - just a group of caring people who decided to help. We understand that not everyone is in a position to donate but everyone has bottles!!

How you can help:
- PLEASE share on your own FB page to family and friends and ask them to share as well.
- Like our page so that you can keep up to date on where your donations are going and how these sweet pups are doing.
- collect your bottles and drop them off to any SARCAN location in SK using the Group name and Phrase provided on the poster.
- Many families have asked how they can help with their children...why not have a mini bottle drive in your neighborhood and drop off what you can. Every penny helps right now.
- We promised this group of pups a chance at a happy life - and we will continue to help them until the last pup of this rescue has been placed.

Brief summary of our project for those who are first hearing about it:
A group of incredibly caring volunteers came together with the idea to save "some dogs" from being inhumanely destroyed due to overpopulation in a northern SK community. The idea soon grew into the "Pop-Up Rescue Project" and over 150 dogs have been given a second chance at life. Some dogs have been placed with non-profit rescue organizations across the MB, AB, BC and SK, some have been adopted, most are in fosters waiting for adoption and we have around 50 currently in our care at the Pop-Up Rescue.

This project has been nothing short of amazing with the help of the community and many dedicated volunteers. It really has been a miracle seeing everyone come together for the love of these pups.

Thank you so much to everyone for the love on our last post. Reading all of the kind comments brought a little bit of light to this dark time.

We did have a couple of people interested in helping us out to sell our current stock, so I will be posting a list of what we currently have below. The support especially now means so much to our little family ❤️

On the off chance we start to sell out I will send messages back in the order they are received, and try to keep this post updated!

🌈🐾 Raven Marie Sheppard-Young 🐾🌈

Im sure everyone has noticed the silence this holiday season.

We said goodbye to my beautiful Raven two days ago.
With having senior dogs, we experience loss often, but it never gets any easier.
We are going to miss her so much, she was with us through the entire running of this business so far.
She is one of the dogs on our label. She had such a hard 10 years before we got her, we were so lucky to be able to change that.

I am not going to give up on this, she wouldnt want me to. But please be patient with us if it takes awhile to get back to normal.

PLEASE still feel free to place orders, everyone knows one of the unfortunate parts after the trauma of losing a pet, is all of the monitary costs.
I had a bunch of Christmas stock made, but as we ended up missing multiple shows, and spending so much time at the vet, I never got to sell any of it.

If anyone would like to help our family, please keep us in your thoughts, I will also be doing a post this afternoon of the bags I have available, it would mean the world to me if I could sell some of them, and know they are bringing joy to someone instead of sitting on a shelf here.

Thank you to all of our customers who helped us be able to give Raven so many adventures, and those of you who stopped to ask about my dogs. Sharing them with all of you has been such a joy.
