Have you ever wondered what we see when the veterinarian comes to tell you your cat (or dog) has earmites? Well, here it is! Earmites are mainly diagnosed in cats but can affect dogs, too. The most common symptoms you'll see are: 🪲 head shaking 🪲 scratching at the ears 🪲 drooping ear flap 🪲 dark brown material in the ear(s) 🪲 inflammation or discharge 🪲 scabbing in and around the ear(s) Earmites need to be diagnosed in order for a prescription to be filled.
