⚠️Fresh microgreens coming to you tomorrow!!! This is our last harvest for a couple weeks😲🫣. For the first time in 5 1/2 years we are shutting down completely and taking a family vacation! 🤗 Thank you all for your continuous support over the years. 💚 We appreciate each and every one of you! 😊🙌

➡️Partial deliveries will start back up Oct 31. Full deliveries will resume Nov 7 as everything will be back in rotation by then.

True North Micro Farms has recently turned 5! Five years of growing beautiful fresh microgreens. We have seen many changes on our small, family owned micro farm over the years. None of this would have been possible without the constant support from our amazing customers, and for that we thank you from the bottom of our hearts! It is a blessing to be able to nurture, harvest & deliver fresh microgreens to you every week! It started with only a few simple varieties of microgreens, and we now grow over 20+ varieties! A big lush tray of Sunflower shoots! 🌻 Deliciously nutty and full of protein. 100g of sunflower shoots contains approx 6g of protein. What a perfect addition to those leafy green salads that need an extra dose of protein. 🌱

True North Micro Farms is a family owned and run business that offers 11 different varieties of microgreens and shoots, with more varieties coming soon!

Microgreens are a tiny green superfood loaded with nutritional punch and flavor. They contain several times the amount of vitamins, minerals and polyphenols than their fully mature counterparts. They are grown in organic soil and are chemical and pesticide free! The possibilities with these healthy greens are endless; Add to sandwiches, salads, wraps, omelets, burgers, smoothies, the list goes on... Not only are these greens fresh, but they are grown local, year round, and by using sustainable resources.

Our passion is to provide local microgreens to our surrounding communities. We offer fresh microgreens every week. We grow to order to ensuring that your order is as fresh as can be! We also offer grow kits for a fun little project at home.
