 if you can, please try to pre-book your dog as Lori is struggling to keep up with all the messages as she is the only one doing this, even when you text just say who your dog is and what date and time you’re looking for, and she can let you know .  This will eliminate a lot of texting back-and-forth and save Lori some time. We are also looking into an online booking system but this will take a bit of time to get up and running.

Hello Friends. I am just putting it out there to prebook a little ahead for your appts. It’s spring time finally and all our matted winter grooms are coming in. We also just suddenly moved so to speak and this all creates longer wait times. Please be patient as we won’t be able to fit clients in where we use to for a while. Our time has finally come! We are finally relocating to 437 Albert St (near Philip St) Waterloo on Monday March 3rd. Some of you may already know it has been a long exhausting journey.

We are also excited to introduce our new Neighbour out front called the LAVISH LAIR SMALL DOG DAYCARE at our “Dog Hub”. We believe dogs are in need of indoor stimulation as well as socialization away from their owners more than ever.

We speak for the dogs and welcome you all to our new place called HOME!

We appreciate all of your continued support on the new venture we are so passionate about.

We have some very sweet senior dogs asking to get in before we move so they can have another groom where they are familiar. We feel sorry for these sweet seniors.
