Our Story
Operated by Ellie Ross. The most experienced and longest running operator in Waterloo Region. A name you can trust. Training programs are directed by Professional Dog Trainer/handler Ellie Ross who was also the Pet Expert on CTV for 7/5years, a regular segment on Rogers Daytime and also a contributor to Reader's Digest, Pet Network Satellite Radio and various other media. The facility has air conditioned kennel rooms for the dogs' safety and comfort, a $20,000+ air exchange system, is fully supervised and has a separate training hall. This large location is conveniently located just minutes off the expressway. Puppies and Tiny dogs have a separate area indoors and out. Tours are available upon request. We cannot give tours during operating hours sorry. It is far too disruptive and a liability. We accept Visa, MC, debit, cash and PayPal. Training programs include Puppy Programs 6 weeks and Obedience and Manners Program 7 weeks. Both those programs provide complimentary daycare days for healthy dogs. Level 2 obedience, Agility, Puppy Gym, Rally Obedience and other programs available over the fall and winter months scheduled on demand. All courses are posted to facebook and the website.
