UPDATE on GEMMA:
We are so enjoying having Gemma in our Family, She has a very big personality yet so very nervous with new things. She loves having her people around all the time and her favorite place is our bed. Everyday is a great learning and growing experience with her and we wouldn't change it or her for the world.

Scarlett and Rhett are a bonded pair have been in foster care for the last two and a half months and are now ready for their new home!
These two came to us very fearful of humans, but with a lot of patience and love, their beautiful personalities have emerged.
Scarlett is a spunky little girl who loves to play, and is sure to entertain! She is super soft, loves her pets, purrs immediately and also likes to be held.
She will roll on her side and leans into the pets.
Scarlett is a very adventurous and curious kitten!
Rhett is the shyer one, but very affectionate. His purrs are very loud and you will love them! Rhett is a vocal kitty with the sweetest little ‘mrrrr-ows’. He makes the cutest noises when looking for Scarlett!! He likes to rub against your legs and ask for pets. Rhett will need a window to see outside, or a catio. He craves the outdoor smells and sights!
At this point, Rhett does not like to be picked up. Partial pick ups are okay and he will likely get more comfortable with patience and consistency graduating to a full pick up.
Both kittens are great with other cats and could easily be added to a household that already has cats.
They have not been around dogs.
Scarlett and Rhett will still need time to trust their new people. Patience will be needed and you will have to go slowly with them. Having a smaller room, such as a bedroom, to call their own will make them feel safer.
If you take the time to let them feel safe and comfortable, you will be rewarded with two super sweet, loving kittens!!
Little Levi at the Port Colborne shelter is about as cute as they come. He is 3 months so he will get bigger, but he is a happy, affectionate fella!

Meet "Nash"! He's a 4 year old male bulldog at our Niagara Falls shelter. He's been with us since July.
"Charity" is an 11 month old female shepherd at our Port Colborne shelter! She is VERY shy (not aggressive) around new people so her new pawrents need to be patient to build the bond and gain her trust. The effort will be worth it though; once she knows you she is super friendly, loves attention, and is a great walker!
