Happy Dental Month!! As way to give back to our clients and amazing patients we are doing a Dental Month Raffle Contest 🎉. We have put together 5 dental care bundles that are meant to help prevent periodontal disease.

🐾The contest is open to any of our active clients and will be running from today (February 3rd) until February 24th. We will announce the 5 winners on February 28th.

🐾 In Person
For those visiting our clinic this month, we have ballots to be filled out at reception. Medication or food pick ups are worth one entry and exam visits are worth two entries.

🐾 Online
You can also enter online by following us on Facebook and Instagram plus commenting on this post "Dental Month!" and we will add your name to the draw.

Note: Winners will be contacted directly by the cell phone number provided on ballot or via the primary number on client's file.

Important update from the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) on the Avian Flu (H5N1) outbreak has lead to recalls of some retail pet diets containing raw meat.

There have been many cases of cats positive for the bird flu after consuming raw meat and/or milk in the United States. It is important that any meat, dairy or poultry products are appropriately pasteurized or fully cooked before feeding it to pets.

Note: the risk of cats spreading H5N1 to people is considered extremely low, but is not zero.

We highly recommended reading these articles by the AVMA which provide more information about the Avian flu in cats and how to prevent infection of both pets and humans.

This quiz is all about common medications and is hosted by the three-legged wonder Bella! This sweet girl was adopted by our Head Vet Tech Melissa after Bella's amputation procedure. Her favourite things include zoomies in the meadow near her house, nose boops, nibbling on her toys and cuddling up for naps near the fireplace.
