Folklore GME (Ferdeaux/Argyle(Ampere))

“Fig” is a correctly built and beautifully marked filly born May 28th, 2024. She is powerfully put together with three exceptional gaits and a bold, outgoing character. Her bloodlines combine proven international quality produces on both sides. Sire Ferdeaux was successful to small tour level in Europe before being imported to Canada, and he combines the genetics of renowned stallions Bordeaux and Ferro, both of whom have produced numerous Grand Prix offspring as well as competing at that level themselves. Dam Azalea is a granddaughter of Ampere, another producer of many Grand Prix horses as well as successful young horse competitors. With her combination of movement, pedigree, and temperament we are very excited for the future of this special filly.

“Fig’s” detailed breeding has produced correct conformation, a bold and curious personality, and three balanced and swinging gaits. Fig is destined for greatness in the FEI ring in the future.

We were so excited to welcome Folklore GME “Fig” (Ferdeaux/Argyle/Larazzi) in the wee hours of the morning on May 28th. This filly is everything we could have hoped for: beautifully put together, bold and curious, and in our favourite colour with a touch of her own unique chrome. Our wonderful Iggy has done it again 🖤🖤🖤
