As we reflect on the year as a family of five, in our house one word repeatedly comes to mind. That word is GRATEFUL. Grateful for each other, our amazing staff, our loyal and supporting customers, all the wonderful communities across Canada, and our freedom. Throughout the year, we have collectively and successfully stood through numerous challenges, like Avian Influenza, which present on-going threats to today’s chicken producer and industry. We are grateful for our vet team and staff that have gone to all levels to keep our farm, and hatcheries clean from threats to ensure you are provided with a safe, quality bird for your family and customers.
Looking back on 2025, we are extremely grateful that the pieces have fallen into place. This past season was one for the books with an increase in sales and a decrease in problems! Your feedback is important to help us evaluate and implement changes for the season ahead to serve you better. As we look forward to 2026, we know there will be a new set of challenges, but one thing that will remain the same is our commitment to provide healthy, disease-free, strong chicks treated with the highest level of care. Genetics and breeder health are considered from the start. It does not stop there. Handling the eggs, hatching the chicks, and ensuring your needs are met are consistently reviewed. We know you come to us with a high level of trust to provide you with a high-quality chick. Your positive feedback on your enjoyment with our first year of hatching guinea fowl has ensured availability for 2026. Check out the availability selected dates! Your early order commitment allows us to review scheduling and adapt accordingly.
Miller Hatcheries is a Canadian, family business, and it gives us immense pride to provide your family with your poultry needs for the 2026 season. We thank you for your business and look forward to 2026.
