Jon’s Funny Farm has experienced literally 100% shut down of our main mobile farm business. We are now booking farm visits by APPOINTMENT ONLY. To BOOK AN APPOINTMENT, please send “Jon’s Funny Farm” a private message on Facebook. Our 2022 tours will begin May 1, 2022. They will be offered Thursdays through Mondays and run at 9am, 12noon and 3pm. On this guided farm tour, you will experience an ABU

NDANCE of hands on opportunities & photo ops. In order to FULLY experience the entire farm full of critters it takes about 2.5 hrs. Check out all the awesome reviews! MANY people have said “Wow, that was WAY MORE than I expected!” And many say “That is certainly worth more than what you’re asking! You should be charging extra for this and this and this!” Where else can you get to sit on a yak, take a selfie with a buffalo, cuddle with goats, hug a bunch of donkeys, get kisses from an alpaca, and so much more?! Since each appointment takes 2.5 hours, the fee is
$20/person - under 2 is free. Appointments need to be PREPAID within 24hrs to be confirmed. People who have never had the tour often UNDERESTIMATE the experience and time at Jon’s Funny Farm. After touring the farm, visitors often say that the experience was worth more than $20 each, there are so many extra opportunities that we are not charging extra for, so many donate over and above. Thank you for that! You are helping me stay in business! With our main mobile operations having been completely shut down for more than a year, donations are GREATLY appreciated. We have a WIDE variety of LOVING & AFFECTIONATE critters available that would love to be a part of YOUR family. You’ll find newborn babies are a pretty regular occurrence around here. It’s not all just fun & games at Jon’s Funny Farm. We are also accepting volunteer applications if you’d like to offer your time to help out around the farm. It’s that time of year, where we have an abundance of chores, cleaning, brushing of animals, plus general care and maintenance. Please reach out if this might be up your alley.

I unfortunately don’t have the time to create these videos or get amazing pictures like this, or like you all do (somebody with a special skill set interested in volunteering some time towards our social media??).

Volunteer & Potential Job Opportunities:

Do you have a love or passion for animals?? Would you like to spend a little more time in and around a farm setting with an abundance of animals??

We are looking for reliable teen & adult volunteers who would be willing to commit to at least 1 day per month. More days are available.

Tasks include feeding, watering, cleaning, physical labour, dirty tasks like shovelling manure 💩 and grooming animals.

If you are the right candidate, this volunteer opportunity could turn into a potential job.

Here’s what we need to know:
•How many children, adults and toddlers under 2 years were you hoping to book for?
•Did you have a preferred date & time in mind? Our farm tours run 2.5 to 3 hours at 9am, 12noon & 3pm.

Visit, touch & interact with HUNDREDS of animals, 25+ species. See how they live their every day lives. Sit, relax, enjoy a snack &/or cold drink, and finish the tour off with a fun wagon ride amongst even more animals.

Admission is $20/person ages 2+ (UNDER 2 is free). Tours are prepaid & booked in advance, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Book early. Tours do sell out for popular dates & times.

Life’s better on Jon’s Funny Farm. Come experience a 2.5-3 hour guided tour where you will be able to interact, get up close and personal with a variety of unique breeds, species etc on our farm. Whether it’s your first time or a tradition of coming on a tour, you will leave with an abundance of joy, amazing photos and memories to be cherished. Our tours are prebooked and prepaid. They run Thursdays thru to Mondays at 9am, 12pm and 3pm. Admission is $20/person ages 2+. Under the age of 2 is free. After the tour, feel free to sit and enjoy a tasty treat from our “Feed Trough” , which will most likely be accompanied by our cats, Curly the Yak and even Tatonka our teenage bison, he seems to like the social visit. Come see what all the fun on the farm is about.
