Our official last shipping day of this year will be Monday December 2nd, 2024. We are grateful for a year of your support.
The holiday busy shipping season is getting closer; we have started to experience some delays on delivery even though we go with express/overnight services. Fortunately, plants have been still delivered to your hands safely (we are proud to say that we are experienced and put lots of care into winter packing). However, we would like to stay in the safe side as the delay from couriers is out of our control, and even with the best packing jobs, no plant could afford a too long delay. Monday December 2nd is our official last day of shipping and Monday January 6th, 2025 is our official first day of shipping for 2025. Please note that shipping during winter months, we will do a check on your weather for you, but if you would like us to hold on shipping with your placed order, you could send us a message to request
Our website will still be open during the holidays; if you place an order and would like us to still ship after December 2nd, please send us a message.
We may reply to messages and e-mails slower during the holidays; however, we will try our best to get back to you in our earliest convenience
We would like to thank you all for your support and will use this holiday break to look into improving our products as well as services
