As we operate off of an appointment-only basis, the foundation of our small family-owned business is based off of a mutual understanding towards the commitment of our scheduled appointments between our clients and staff.
🗓️ We’ve long operated without charging fees for cancellations and reschedulings however oftentimes, these appointments may be pre-booked and reserved for days, weeks, months, and in many instances a year in advance where our clients of varying scheduling restrictions enjoy the benefits of our committed schedule.
➡️ Effective Dec 2024, we’ve updated our Cancellation & Rescheduling policy in an effort to maximize our availability and efficiency:
📖 Any appointment cancelled and/or rescheduled without written notification (Text message/email only, no phone calls or voicemails) within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, will be subject to a cancellation/rescheduling fee of $25 tax-in per dog (per appointment) or $50 tax-in for two or more dogs scheduled within the same appointment time.
📖 When applicable, this fee shall be paid in full prior to rescheduling a subsequent appointment via debit, credit (subject to 2% surcharge), cash, or e-transfer.
📖 A repeated pattern of cancellations and/or reschedulings including appointments being cancelled without notice, otherwise known as a “no-show”, may result in the requirement for prepaid grooming appointments and/or the indefinite refusal of future service.
📖 To respect the time that our clients have reserved out of their day for their dogs’ appointment, all appointments arriving ten(10) minutes late after their scheduled time may possibly be subject to be cancelled and rescheduled in which the previously mentioned terms will be applicable.
