Ingredients (Makes 12 muffins, Serves 6)
6 large eggs
¼ cup (60g) crumbled goat cheese or vegan feta
2 tablespoons (30g) chopped sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed)
2 tablespoons (20g) sliced kalamata olives
¼ cup (25g) chopped baby spinach

We lost Campbell today, he as about 8 years old & from the first batch of ducklings I got.
(Third in the photo). He survived attacks from predators even from a coyote.
Blu ( one in the front) is the only left from that batch as the other two were killed in the summer protecting their eggs from a raccoon.
Such is life on the farm but for this city kid it still breaks my heart💔

Spa day for Cheryl Crow!
Warm bath with Epson salts, bribing with treats to see what is going on with her foot she is favouring!
She seems to like the warm water, she has been sitting in it for a half hour & not trying to escape! 🤷‍♀️
