Private hobby farm featuring a large sand ring, round pen, wash stall and small tack room.
Large grass paddocks surrounded by mature trees, 7 stall barn, located amongst 4 York Regional Forest tracts offering incomparable hacking!
Friendly, knowledgeable, competent care. Seeking reliable boarders and friendly horses to share our slice of paradise. Best suited for horses that are retired, semi retired or casual riders seeking trails and seasonal outdoor riding. *No indoor arena*
**Our priority and main focus is *Retirement Boarding* but we would consider someone who may enjoy trail riding and QUIET enjoyment of their horse. Boarder would not require additional guests such as part boarders etc. as we will not entertain additional traffic at this private property.**
Indoor Board includes:
- 9x11 rubber matted stall, bright window in every stall - well bedded, cleaned and fresh water daily.
- Individual grain program fed 2x daily.
- Supplements given as supplied by owner.
- Blanketing, boots, fly spray/accessories as required.
- Daily turnout - rotational turnout pasture (your horse will not be stuck in the same paddock year-round).
- Free choice round baled hay at turnout - high quality!
- Small group turnout with compatible horses
- Full use of farm amenities

Outdoor Board includes:

- Run in shed
- Blanketing/accessories as required
- Daily 2x grain feeding, supplements as supplied by owner.
- Free choice round baled hay - high quality, 1st or 2nd cut depending on dietary needs.
- Clean water access at all times
- Full use of farm amenities
