A big thank you to the kindergarten students at Ecole St. Anne’s for making these beautiful rice bags for our clinic! The animals will surely appreciate snuggling up to the amazing art during their visits.

Our Vet Team is in search of a pound care taker this position includes:

-adoptions
-scheduling surgeries and treatments needed
-daily treatment care
-walking and exercising animals
-daily feeds
-cleaning and washing of kennels
-Handling and registering animals from town pound
-meeting new fur families
-organizing pound
-general cleaning in facility
-floors
-garbages

This job requires you to be able to pack 10-15 pound bags of food and cat litter.

This position may require evenings and weekends.

We just had this beautiful girl surrendered to the clinic today. Her name is Kira and she is a 1.5 year old Pyrenees cross. She was an acreage dog, inside and out. Gets along with other dogs (except one small senior dog owned by previous owners). Not sure about cats. She is so very sweet and we would hate to see her have to sit behind bars for too long. WE HAVE KITTIES!!! We have 5 kittens that came into our clinic as ferrels, so they are a little spicy, but totally harmless and are all definitely coming around to people (we force our love on them until they give in lol) they will need alot of love and will take a bit to learn to trust you, but I promise if you stick it out you will end up with a friend for life! In order of their pictures we have Butch (he is the biggest of the 5 kittens but so very gentle), Stubby Girl (is missing a portion of her back leg and the rest will have to be removed at six months old), Herman (who is our most brave), Wednesday ( who is brave but cautious), and last but not least is Spike (who is the spicy one of the group but totally harmless and snuggles into your neck when held). These poor kittens have been through alot in their short little lives so we are hoping to find them forever homes where they can settle and be loved long term. Call 780-778-5767

We have a couple adult male cats up for adoption here at the pound. First is a handsome 4 year old tabby named Nikki who is super friendly with other animals and kids. He came to us with a large injury on his neck and has had alot of healing to do here, but is ready now for a forever family! Second is our orange one year old sweet boy boots! He is very vocal and loves attention of any kind. He also gets along well with other animals and kids! Call 780-778-5767
