We live on 2 acres that's fenced for the dogs to roam free and play in, they live in our home and not kennels outside, we adventure everyday. We do not ship our puppies cargo. Our puppy families drive or fly in from all over to pick their pups up, We want to meet you in person for transfer of your puppy. Please do not ask us to ship your puppy. I retain first and second picks for male & female on

all litters for breeding. There are many times the breeders picks become available. All puppies must be picked up at 8 weeks old and paid for when indicated or the next adopter will be contacted. You will be given a pick up date for when your puppy is ready to go home. We do not hold puppies past the go-home date unless discussed well in advance. We feel it's important for them to train and bond with you during their early months. If there is an emergency on your end and we agree to hold your puppy for a few extra days, you'll be charged a boarding fee of $70 per day. Lots of pictures and video updates will be sent out during the 8 weeks when the pups are with us, so you can see them grow and change and you can start falling in love with the fur-babies. Our dogs and puppies have constant care 24-7 for this is my job to raise these puppies for their forever homes. We take health testing very seriously, and the health of our puppies, the parents have been put through full health panels through Embark and are clear on 176 health diseases. As well as OFA certified against hip and elbow dysplasia. All pups are sold with a health guarantee and are ckc registered, microchipped and they go home with a puppy pack. To get on our wait list, we require a chat with you to get to know you and get a feel to make sure you're a perfect fit for one of our pups. Once approved, we require a 500.00 deposit to be added to our wait list. Deposits are Only refundable if we are not able to produce a pup for you from said litter or the desired s*x that you wanted. At that time, you'll be offered to be added to our next litter wait list or a refund of your deposit. If you choose to leave your deposit, it is not refundable until we see what happens on the next litter. All pups are sold on a Limited registration - "pet homes only" unless we find the fit perfect, then we will consider Breeding rights at that time. Puppy picking starts at 5- 6 weeks old in order of my reservation list. We don't guarantee coat color or pigment (nose/eye rim) coloring. We do refer to our Labs as "White Labs" but they are in fact "YELLOW" Labs with a very light coat color. Our Labs are mostly born very light (white) but at times we have some ivory or champagne puppies too. We don't guarantee that your puppy will stay white for his/her entire life. Seasons and age can sometimes play a part in the coat darkening
