Hello everyone! I'm going to have to change my policies a bit regarding missed appointments.

Unfortunately I have had a ton of no shows in the last little while. So effective now, a late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) will be 50% of the grooming fee, and no shows will be 100% of the fee and must be paid before your next appointment. I hate to have to do this, but in order for me to be able to continue grooming I cannot miss so much income on no shows as this is my job. I understand things come up and with winter roads approaching I will continue on with my 15 minute grace period, but after the 15 minutes if I haven't heard from you you will be marked down as a no show.

Hope everyone understands and I look forward to seeing all the pups before Christmas 🎄 🎁

Friendly reminder to please pick up after your dog outside of the shop! (And to take them potty before you bring them in so they don't go on my floor would be much appreciated as well!) If you don't have bags just pop in and ask for one, I always have something and a p**p disposal system! And please don't let them p*e on the building as well, the landlord and I would really appreciate it! Thank you!

I hope all of my clients had a wonderful holiday season, I know I don't post as much as usual as I am just so dang busy but I will try and post more regularly this year!
With that said, this year my prices will be going up $5 as unfortunately my costs to operate (shampoo, products, equipment & maintenance etc) have significantly increased and I've held off on a price raise as long as I can. But ultimately if I want to continue to groom I need to increase my prices a little bit. I hope you all understand!
