URGENT: We are currently experiencing an outbreak of Parvovirus in Windsor-Essex. If your dog is NOT up-to-date on their DA2PP vaccine, please consider calling the clinic and setting up an appointment as soon as possible. We are currently able to offer same-day vaccine appointments in an effort to curb the spread. If your dog is unvaccinated and experiencing symptoms of lethargy, diarrhea and/or vomiting, please call the hospital immediately.

📣Important message regarding medication/service pre-payments:

We are no longer able to accept credit cards over the phone as our terminals will not recognize manual entry. We are asking that all pre-payments be processed either in clinic or via e-transfer ([email protected]). We are still able to accept VISA, Mastercard, Debit and cash payments in clinic.
