Hey everyone! Just a reminder that tomorrow is our last Junior show of the season at WETRA 🐴🧡 If you are joining us for the show, here is some important information for you for tomorrow!
Please message our youth advisor, Ashlyn Leigh, with any questions
-Entries open at 8:45 and the show will start promptly at 9:30! Classic entries close at 9:30 and Gaming Entries WILL CLOSE AT 1 PM. Entries will be inside the arena. Look for our SOTC board members at a table inside near the club room.

-Warm-up will be in the outdoor arena, however, the indoor will be open when entries open to familiarize your horses with the indoor before the show starts.

-Trailer Parking will be available on the gravel driveway or on the grass area to the right of the parking lot. Please show respect for this beautiful venue by cleaning up after yourselves and your horses when you leave!

-Entries for Gaming will close at 1 pm. Since gaming classes follow the classics classes, we cannot guarantee start time of gaming classes, however, we can say that we will NOT START EXHIBITIONS BEFORE 1 PM! We may start later depending on show size but if we are done early, we will just take a lunch break and reset until 1. Our Gaming classes will begin promptly after starting with our Exhibitions.

-Our show program can be found in the SOTC - Junior Division (Formerly JHA) group for a reminder of all of our classes: Classics (including jumping), Fun Classes and Gaming classes.

-Washrooms are available for use and the food booth will be open with hot dogs, chips, candy, water, pop and possibly burgers. We are currently on the hunt for someone to cook burgers so if you have someone who would like to lend a helping hand with burgers only, please send Ashlyn Leigh a message!

-Please respect the facility and clean up your food booth garbage in the garbages provided around the facility.

-We have no photographer for tomorrow so feel free to invite friends and family to capture your favourite moments.

-Tonight is daylight savings time! (Yay) Please remember to set your clocks back 1 hour to avoid showing up too early 🙂

-If you haven't shown on the WETRA property before, you are required to fill out 1 liability waiver per family. This waiver is good for the show season. Waivers will be provided. Insurance is needed to show. Please insure you have a copy on hand to show (and easiest if you provide us with a copy)

Note: There has been a change to the pattern for class #22 - Novice trail to accommodate some of our youngest riders. Please note the changes: Riders are to walk forwards thru the L (not backwards) and finish by walking thru the gate (No need to close the gate, however if they want to, why not?). New Pattern is attached and will be posted on the pattern board.

Hey members! Make sure your ticket stubs back to Windsor-Essex Therapeutic Riding Association before October 29!!

If you took an envelope and still have unsold tickets, please reach out to Paige Shepley or WETRA so they can get them sold over the course of the next week!

Just over a week away until our Full Junior Halloween show at WETRA!
🎃 Costume class after lunch - dress up yourselves and your ponies
🎃 Trick or treating - please bring a treat to hand out for trick or treating in the arena after the Halloween class. It can be a child treat or a horsey treat. Horses like Halloween too!
🎃 Classic classes included trot poles, X - rails and 2’ jumping class.
🎃 Ribbons for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in Classic classes.
🎃Let’s have some Pony Halloween fun!
