Meet your board members!

Last but not least, today's spotlight board member is Madison Francis! Madison has been around horses most of her life, starting with a week at summer camp. She’s been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with some spectacular horses over the years, riding both English and western. Madison enjoys riding her lovely Percheron mare, Darla.

When Madison isn’t at the barn, you can usually find her at the rink watching or playing hockey!

Meet your board members!
Todays spotlight board member is Carolyn Vacik, one of our members at large this show season. Carolyn has been obsessed with horses as
long as she can remember and her best childhood memories are going to horse camp every summer - spending time grooming, on the trails and swimming in the lake on camp ponies! You’ll see Carolyn around at the shows on her gorgeous paint gelding, Buddy, who has taught her so much about herself!

One piece of advice Carolyn has to share with others is to be lifelong learners - always strive to learn new things, never give up and help others as you continue to improve your own skills!

A big thank you to all those who braved the snow to make our first winter speed series show such a great success! We had over 25 horses entered today.

Special thank you to Allison Richards-Lewis for running our online entries and office today and to Chelsea McIntosh for announcing and keeping the pen running so smoothly ❤️ we couldn't do what we do without our wonderful volunteers!

See you March 23 with hopefully some better weather 🌸

Office : 8:30-9:45am

Meet your board members !

Todays spotlight board member is Pam Beaune, one of our members at large this show season. Meet your board members !

Todays spotlight board member is Danielle Lauzon , one of our members at large this show season. Danielle is no stranger to the horse community, seeing as she grew up in a home where Standardbred racing and Outriding put food on the table. Danielle starting showing at the age of 3 years old in lead-in classes and while she spent most of her childhood and teenage years at the show grounds, the woods called her name and she transitioned that passion for riding to the trails.

Danielle's favourite place to be is in the barn with her herd of “misfits,” including a mini donkey, her QH gelding and her Fjord filly. In her free time, you’ll find her chasing after her kids, hand grazing horses or trimming that distinctive Fjord mane!
