Hello everyone as per our meeting last night. We were asked to specifically make this section of our meeting public and once our meeting minutes are typed into a PDF we will post them .

A reminder in our rule book
6) A contestant may be disqualified, at the discretion of the judge, if they are not
ready to enter the ring if being requested to do so. In the speed events the ring
steward will have the discretion to disqualify the contestant if they are not at the
gate in a time frame of 60 seconds. In the event of a tack change the contestant
will be placed at the bottom of the event list.

This also includes but is not limit to, knowing patterns. We no longer (or ever ) will accept patterns being shouted out during classes. It will be at the judges decision if this calls for a DQ.
The Judges decision will be final and unprofessional behavior towards our judge or ring steward will be dealt with accordingly.

As always though, feel free to ask questions before your round and we will do our best to try and answer anything we can. Maggie Miall is also always at the ingate if you ever require any clarity before your round.

We are lucky enough that even if our grounds are wet, we have a facility that was generously offered for us to use!

Ribbons donated by HM Photography and they will be our photographer for the day as well.

Champion and Reserve Champion prizes donated by Greenhawk Windsor Essex

Food booth will be open.

Attire/rule Expectations
-Riders must be dressed clean in breeches, show shirt and show coat.
-ALL riders must show in a helmet.
-Horses much wear proper fitting English tack, and a bridle with a nose band.
-Horses may have neutral coloured(Brown, black or white) jumping boots, ear bonnets and saddle pads.
-Judges decisions are final.

Horse show

Wow. What a day. Today for sure will go in the record book for most entries at a Trail Riders show. Everywhere we looked just horse trailers and horses. While it was a hot day, everyone looked great and their horses looked absolutely gorgeous. Thank you to our Judge Christy McMullen, to our ring Steward Gord, to our Announcer Cindy, to Maggie, Judy and John who helped disperse the prizes. Thank you Gary for coming back to us for a day to get our pens watered and ready. And lastly, thank you to everyone who participated, helped us set up games, trail, and anything else. We do this for our community 💕

Just a reminder to all.
⚡️please all garbage goes in the appropriate garbage cans around the grounds. We also have a GFL Bin on site if you collect in a bag at your trailer.
⚡️Food booth will be open and is Cash Only.
⚡️Entries will open at 8:30. Classics entries will close at 9:25, and Gaming entries will close at 11:00am.
⚡️All expos in Barrel OR trail must be paid when registering.
⚡️A reminder that in the picture below. Anything in red horses are not permitted.

Reminder to everyone who’s showing Sunday. If you HAVE NOT shown your Insurance yet you must bring us a copy. If you do not have your insurance present you will not be allowed to ride or show on the property.

A reminder as well. We do not tolerate any negative behaviour at our shows. You will receive a verbal/written warning first, then the second time you will be asked to leave.

If any competitor has any issues during the show they can go to the show manager, ring steward (when a class isn’t going on) or any board member present on the grounds. We want this to be a safe place for those to show and ride.

Classic signup will be finished at 9:20am SHARP. NO ADD-ONS will be allowed. Opening ceremony will begin at 9:30am.

Gaming sign-up will be open until 11:00am Sharp. NO ADD-ONS. All Exhibitions must be paid for at the show manager BY 11:00am.

🌼🌼OVERNIGHT CAMPING IS BEING OFFERED FOR SATURDAY NIGHT. 🌼🌼
We will open the grounds for camping Saturday at 5pm. A reminder as there are no electric hookups so please plan accordingly. Everyone camping must have proof of OEF and be a member.

For our July 28 Memorial Show.

Overnight camping will be allowed. However please note there is no electric hook up so whether or not you have a generator is on you.

A few rules to follow as well.

💥everyone camping must be members and have proof of insurance 💥

💥Move in will be NO earlier than 5pm Saturday 💥

💥horses must be kept in good conditions, have access to water and hay. If you fair to abide to this you will be asked to leave. 💥

💥Please put all horse manure around the trees. I will be keeping track on who is parked where, and we will fine you for not picking up after yourself. 💥

💥all garbage must go in the designated bins💥

💥no open Liquor or alcohol of any kinds💥

💥ABSOLUTELY no glass containers in any of the sand pens💥

💥no open fires. If you have a propane pit, that’s fine💥

💥Dogs must remain on leash at ALL times💥
