Our Story

I have been raising Yorkies for over 30 years and still find myself learning more about the breed. Breeders have a serious responsibility when selling dogs, whether they are fellow breeders or members of the general public. In order to fulfill this responsibility there is research, work, time, and expenses for raising and breeding my Yorkies. I don’t breed my females until they are 2 years old. My vet checks them over and together we make the decision, if the female can be bred or should she be spay. You can understand why good breeders charge what they do for their puppies and why they are so careful about the homes they end up in. I do a very extensive interview. No I will not meet you, to sell you a puppy. Breeding is not to be taken lightly. My breeding practices are extremely strict. I will only breed a female that has no congenital faults at all. I know not only what my Yorkies health history is but also what it is for many generations back. I am very protective of my line. My females average 5 pounds. I keep away from the teacups, micro and minies. They are, after all the runts of the litter and scrupulous breeders take these tiny ones and breed them, trying to create an even tinier Yorkie , asking extremely high prices, for a dog that can end up with extreme health issues. I love the breed and will help you in any way I can. My Yorkies have free run of my home and a large yard, in the country. I take them with me, when ever possible. The puppies are born and raised in my home. I sell with a health guarantee and before the puppy ever leaves my home, they are checked by my vet ,usually about a week before they are picked up. That way you receive an up to date health record. My puppies are about 12 weeks old before they can leave. I will take back a Yorkie if you find you can no longer keep it. I am available 7/24 for any questions or issues that you might have. I want both you and the puppy to be happy and healthy. I do not breed outside females and I don’t stud my male out.
