📣 Important Boarding Policy Update
Effective July 1st 📣
As many of you know, we’ve always done our best to offer flexible pick-up times for boarding. But with how busy we’ve become (thank you!!), we need to make a change to help our team and the dogs in our care stay on schedule.
Starting July 1st, we are updating our boarding schedule:
🐾 Pick-Ups:
- Must be before 12:00 PM (noon)
- Pick-ups after 12:00 PM will be charged a half-day daycare fee ($24)
- Pick-ups after 6:00 PM will also be charged a $20 late fee, for a total of $44.
💳 Have a daycare package? If your dog has any daycare package, the daycare fee will be waived—only the late fee (if applicable, after 6pm) will apply.
🛫 Already booked? If you made your booking before this policy was announced, we’ll waive the late half daycare fees ($24)—just let us know when you check in or out.
We know changes like this can be an adjustment, and we truly appreciate your understanding. These updates help us stay organized and provide the best care for all our guests.
