HUGE THANK YOU to Crawfords Camp and Sunny S-H Photography for putting on a charity auction in support of us and Kenora Cat Shelter!

Their winning bid was $1850, so we each got an amazing donation of $925 😍♥️🐾

Meet Pop!!

My name is Pop and I came as a stray from a northern community with my sisters, Snap and Crackle. We are the Rice Krispies!!

We were lucky to come into care when we did, because we all had the dreaded parvovirus when we got here. Also luckily, our symptoms were not severe and our foster parents noticed something was wrong and took us to the vet right away. So now we are all Parvo survivors, and are not just surviving, but thriving!

In terms of personality, I am a bit more on the shy side, I like to sit on a lap and watch while my sisters do, whatever it is they do.. wrestling and the like. I’m a bit calmer and more cautious than they are. I’m also the only boy and my eyes are two different colours, which some people think is pretty neat. Some activities that I enjoy are; chewing almost anything, playing tug, chasing balls, you know, the usual puppy stuff. I also love people and food, but I do NOT love all this cold weather.

My siblings and I were also very lucky to end up in an extremely experienced foster home, they have fostered approximately 1 million puppies ( that’s a rough approximation but I think it’s close). They are setting us up to succeed in the future, whether we stay in cereal marketing or choose a different path. So we have been working on potty training and other life skills and are catching on quickly.

Our little trio has been 3 times lucky, could finding my new home with you be my next lucky break?

Meet Crackle!!

**FOSTER NEEDED**

My name is Crackle and I came as a stray from a northern community with my siblings, Snap and Pop. We are the Rice Krispies!

We were lucky to come into care when we did, because we all had the dreaded parvovirus when we got here. Also luckily, our symptoms were not severe and our foster parents noticed something was wrong and took us to the vet right away. So now we are all Parvo survivors, and are not just surviving, but thriving!

In terms of personality, I am ready to take on the world! I’m adventurous and fearless, a strong independent woman already. I can also be quite cuddly when I’m not busy with other things. My other interests are: chewing almost anything, playing tug, chasing balls, you know, the usual puppy stuff. I also love people and food, but I do NOT love all this cold weather.

My siblings and I were also very lucky to end up in an extremely experienced foster home, they have fostered approximately 1 million puppies ( that’s a rough approximation but I think it’s close). Meet Snap!!

**FOSTER NEEDED**

My name is Snap, and I came as a stray from a northern community with my siblings, Crackle and Pop. We are the Rice Krispies!

We were lucky to come into care when we did, because we all had the dreaded parvovirus when we got here. Also luckily, our symptoms were not severe and our foster parents noticed something was wrong and took us to the vet right away. So now we are all Parvo survivors, and are not just surviving, but thriving!

In terms of personality, I am kind of the middle of the pack, I am a bit more cautious than my wild child sister, but more adventurous than my shy brother. I can be a bit assertive at times, telling them what to do ( somebody’s got to do it!). I enjoy cuddling with my people, chewing almost anything, playing tug, chasing balls, you know, the usual puppy stuff. I also love people and food, but I do NOT love all this cold weather.

Ranta has been ADOPTED!! (finally!! she was in care for so long)

Here's what her family has to say:

"Ranta (renamed Penny) has settled in well. She and her sister Peggy (formerly Willow) make the house lively with their playful antics. Penny loves to find sunny places to sleep and loves to keep me entertained as I study. She’s so affectionate, loves belly rubs and sitting on my lap as I play video games. She is starting to overcome her shyness when my family comes over, she still hides initially but does sometimes come out to check to scope things out.

Bidding Now Open! MGPR is thrilled to present a fantastic summer getaway auction with collaboration from @crawfordscamp and Sunny S-H Photography to help raise money for MGPR & @thekenoracatshelter ! Crawford’s Camp is graciously donating a one week stay July 5-12, with a private cabin, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, kitchen, satellite, wifi, private deck and so much more. A family of 4-6 will be more than comfortable. Love to fish and do outdoor activities? Perfect! There is even a private beach on site. @sunnyshphoto will be also donating a family portrait session, with flexible scheduling the week of your stay. Total value of this package is $2925.
