Our feline friends need your help to stay cozy and clean. Donations of cat clumping litter can be dropped off at the shelter (730B Century St) or ordered through our Amazon Wishlist (amazon.ca/hz/wishlist/ls/2UMAIAHVOPF4L?ref_=wl_share ). You can also keeps funds 100% at our shelter by purchasing litter from our retail shop and donating it to our adoptables!

Every bag makes a big difference for the cats in our care.

Our dishwashers have officially washed their last bowl 😞

Both of our machines are on their last legs, and with dozens of animals in our care, clean and sanitized food and water dishes aren’t optional.

If you or someone you know is able to donate a dishwasher in good working condition (residential or commercial), we’d be incredibly grateful. Every bit helps us keep things safe and sanitary for the animals who depend on us every day. 💚

Meet Mrs. Andersen 🌼

Named after Riley’s mom from the film “Inside Out”, this lovely lady has done her job raising a litter of kittens named after the emotions (yes, even Anger and Joy!), and now it’s her turn for a happy ending.

Mrs. Andersen is a total sweetheart with a big personality. She’s super chatty, always ready to have a full conversation, especially if it involves dinner or cuddles. Think of her as your own personal Joy... with maybe a little Sadness if breakfast is late.

She’s affectionate, independent, and full of charm. Now that all her babies have been adopted, she’s ready to leave her “mom” title behind and enjoy being spoiled for once.

If you’re looking for a loving, talkative companion who’s ready to be your everyday sidekick, Mrs. Andersen is waiting to meet you.
