Sometimes the best way to tune out the noise is to simply go silent and put in the work. I’d take 66 captures over 66 likes every day of the week 🔑

I have been struggling with the unfortunate effects of public negativity for about a year now, and have been off Facebook during that time.
Sgt. Boswell has done an awesome job keeping our page going and keeping you all apprised of information as it relates to the K9 program.
During this time I have found myself pulling further and further away from the public eye. I have done this for a couple of reasons.
1. I do not do what I do to get recognition. I do what I do because I love my job, my pup and the community I serve. I could only hear the noise from people saying I needed attention, which is the farthest thing from the truth.
2. People on social media can say whatever they want without fear of repercussions or being fact checked. I care about my reputation, my families reputation and my K9’s reputation and needed a break from the false narrative.
Most of you probably do not know K9 Cena and I have made tracking captures 61,62,63,64, 65, & 66 over the past few weeks. My wife said, “Why does Cena not get to be recognized for her good work.” I have been thinking about this.
After speaking with two people I highly respect, my wife Lisa and my K9 Mentor and president of American Society Of Canine Trainers International, Chris Aycock, I realized it’s not about me, it’s about our supporters and the pup’s fans.
I will return K9 Cena’s adventures to our K9 page along with Sgt. Boswell and Poe. I will do my best not to listen to the negative narrative and keep those of you who love our pups up to date on their day to day operations.
Thank you for your patience with me while I took some time away from the media side of the program.
A HUGE thank you to Sgt. Boswell & Poe and our financial supporters and fans!
Adam
