🐾The Fabulous Five were at the vet 🥼
Fine one day, the next day showing signs of cold symptoms.

Mostly grey girl 🩷 the first picture, and The Vampire 💙last picture. They spent the night at the vet in oxygen to treat everyone just in case. Sent back to us with meds and eye drops. They are doing great❣️

This group is so sweet. Grey girl is the most social. The Vampire (yes that is his name) is the spicey one! He’s so cute but has cattitude 😹

We take ANYTHING aluminum!
▪️Cat food cans
▪️Beverage cans
▪️BEER and alcoholic beverages (do not crush!)
▪️Disposable pie plates, roasters etc.

😺Beamer had a vet appointment today🥼

🐾He has been holding his paw up. It doesn’t seem to be bothering him. And it hasn’t stopped him from running and jumping but I thought it should be looked at.

🩶Beamer has a soft tissue injury that is healing. He was given some pain meds for it.

That’s Beamer though. Injured but nothing stops him. He hasn’t slowed down at all.

🐾Scared kitties.

🩶Hariet & mom Journey are now with us. They are scared which is understandable. They are in their litter box which is what scared kitties do. They have their food, water and blanket on the top level.

Yesterday 🩶Hariet received her spay and she’s doing well.

💕It will take some time for these girls to feel comfortable here. But that’s ok. We will give them all the time they need.

😻For those who don’t know, I have cats that are permanently in care. One is our deaf boy Mouse. 🤍Mouse hasn’t been feeling well so I took him to the vet on Friday. He has Pancreatitis and is spending the weekend at the vet for treatment. 🩺For those that know Mousey, you know he’s a super sweet boy. He loves visitors and wants to be everyone’s friend. But once at the vet he changed! He became very angry. He doesn’t like when any of the cats in the house go to the vet. And he growls at them for a few days. It’s the smells. And because he is deaf, I’m guessing it’s even stronger for him. 📹I’m sharing this video. I will post another one of “sweet” Mousey once he is back home and comfortable. I’ve never experienced a cat change so drastically. They had to sedate him to do tests! My poor Mousey. He is usually such a gentle boy. 🙀More excitement yesterday at the pop up Cat Cafe. Flint decided to scale the wall and go for an adventure 😹 She was good. Just curious and exploring. One of our visitors climbed up and got her down. The cats definitely wanted people to remember them 😹
