This is just a friendly reminder that our Cancelation and No-Show policy is in full effect.
Business hours are Monday- Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
Failure to show up to your grooming appointment or not canceling within the 24 hour business window will be deemed a "No-Show."
ALL No-Shows are required to pay 50% of the cost of the groom. No exceptions.
We reserve time slots specificly for your dog as we groom them one on one. We ask for 24 business hours' notice in order to fill these time slots if you are unable to make it.
Any no-shows or last-minute cancellations affect the business and your groomers' income.
We have been very lenient in the past, but unfortunately, this has been happening far too often.
We allow a 15-minute window to all grooming appointments to allow for extenuating circumstances. Once this 15 minutes has passed, your appointment will need to be rebooked.
