We are a small local business located in Winnipeg. I started growing microgreens and barley fodder in our bathroom and gradually perfected the art of growing microgreens and barley grass. From there I graduated to our porch and now we are in our own little commercial growing space! This allows us to grow tasty microgreens year round in controlled conditions. Thank you to all those that voted for us!! It's was a great day meeting lots of people and introducing to our peers and the public.

Now the challenge begins! Please write, email, text, your government representatives city counselors, MLA, and MPs, and tell them you'd like to see real action for Lake Winnipeg and tell them about us! We need to make noise so that the government will finally take action. There is no longer an excuse. We have a solution, so let's make it happen!!!

Lakewater Nutrient Capture, where we have developed a solution and are seeking to provide a service to remove the excess phosphorus from our lakes and rivers, reducing and eliminating the hazardous toxic algae blooms that are affecting all of us that depend on our waters to live and play.

Empty grow racks before this weeks plants gets transferred to being under the lights. We have recently expanded to over 400 tray spots under lights, not including flowers

By supporting Fresh Forage Farms, you are helping me build Lakewater Nutrient Capture, which is a company I've founded with the goal of deploying phosphorus capturing filters in Lake Winnipeg. Over the next few weeks, I will be conducting tests in the Lake to verify our data. My goal is to provide a viable option for the government to deploy to tackle the excess phosphorus pollution that is the root cause of the hazardous algae blooms
