COVID-19 UPDATE: We are currently operating under a locked door policy. To keep everyone as safe as possible we are restricting client access into the office.

What does this mean for you and your pet?

- PLEASE CALL AHEAD. We will answer any questions you may have.

- We will remain available for appointements. We will ask that you pass your pet to us at the door. We will have you wait in the car. Our Doctors will examine your pet and report back to you over the phone while you wait. We will then return your pet to you at the car. We will make exceptions for humane euthanasia. We will ask that payments are made over the phone by credit card.

- PRESCRIPTION & FOOD ORDERS: Please call ahead so we have everything ready for you. We will be requesting prepayment of all orders by credit card over the phone prior to pick-up. Once you have arrived for pick-up please call us and we will bring your order out to you.

COVID-19: In effort to ensure health and safety to you and our staff we will be implementing some changes based on the recommendations of the World Health Organization and Canada’s Chief Medical Officer.

How Can You Help?

-We ask that you follow the ONE PERSON PER PET guideline. Avoid bringing extra family members to appointments if possible. This will ensure that the waiting area does not become overcrowded.

-IF YOU (OR A FAMILY MEMBER) ARE SHOWING ANY SIGNS OF ILLNESS, HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO COVID-19, OR HAVE TRAVELLED OUTSIDE OF CANADA please call prior to entering the office. Please make arrangements for someone else to bring your pet in. We will be happy to reschedule or cancel any appointments at short notice.

-IF YOU NEED MEDICATION REFILLS, OVER THE COUNTER PRODUCTS OR FOOD: please call ahead so we can ensure we have everything on hand. This will also allow us to have everything ready in advance.

-We wish to avoid handling cash money. IF POSSIBLE PLEASE USE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD.

-Please ensure that you ARRIVE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT ON TIME. This will help us keep the day moving smoothly and allow us to thoroughly disinfect all public areas between clients. Our goal is to get you and your pet into the Exam Room as quickly as possible.

-PLEASE PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING. Please attempt to stand 1 meter away from fellow patrons,
